📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

📍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

🚛 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹60 may apply to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional handling charges, depending on the courier service.

🔄 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us with your order number.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

❌ Undeliverable Locations

While we ship to most pin codes in India, some remote or restricted areas may be undeliverable. We will contact you if we’re unable to ship to your address.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery attempt with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
