💸 Refund & Return Policy

At Unisuit, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products eligible for return include most unstitched, standard-size, and non-clearance items.

  • Customized, stitched, sale/discounted, or final sale items are non-returnable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during a clearance or final sale

  • Stitched or customized items

  • Accessories (unless damaged during shipping)

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at unisuit.shop@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for return

    • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your return.

🔁 Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Wrong item received

To initiate an exchange, follow the same return process and mention that you prefer an exchange.

❗ Important Notes

  • Unapproved or late returns will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
